Interesting story but...
For gods sakes man learn the rules. You guys have 2 dnd podcasts and the sheer number of rules you completely misjudge make the podcast so hard for me to enjoy. I just finished episode 33 “The Betrayal” and without delving into spoilers, there were soooooooooo many errors with the rules coupled with some players turns just being flat out skipped (Sebastians ENTIRE hasted turn was letting go of what he was holding onto to fly out of an open airlock door? Come on man) It became VERY clear on ep 33 that they fudged the rules to achieve certain story elements and good REAL PLAY dnd happens fluidly. Not due to you all changing rules when the story needs it. I love the dungeoncast but every character in this story seems to be forced to play second fiddle to the uninteresting and frankly obnoxious Carter Huttenberg. Ep 33 is unfortunately where I will be putting this one down.

Except there are space elves, and lasers, and Outlaw Star references, and the Internet... Okay, so it’s not exactly old fashioned D&D, but it’s a joy to listen to.

I’ve been listening to the Dungeoncast for a bit and loving it and for some reason didn’t feel like Superquest Saga would be for me. I was wrong...it’s great and all I’ve been listening to recently. Highly recommend.
