Description
Not many people have carved out a career in the sustainability sector as diverse as that of Lidia Aviles. Lidia is a sustainability thought leader, mentor, writer, educator and entrepreneur who has worked across countries on international affairs, energy, business law, deeptech and more. Whether it is building her own business or engaging with policy-making, as co-hosts Chinny, Tim, and Eva have spoken with Lidia about the value of being a multilateralist in sustainability, her career journey, and becoming a widely recognised thought leader in the space. We discuss the up and coming benefits and risks of energy storage in aviation, her company AELSTONE, business law and ethics, her involvement in scientific geophysics research that got her an honorary doctorate, her involvement with the EU Commission working with sustainable technology, and the importance of intersecting topics within sustainability.  --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/sustainapod/message
