Big Wave Surfer Leah Dawson and Big Wave Surfer Attorney Becky Mendoza visited the north coast of the Dominican Republic with a team of other female wave stars who make up the Changing Tides Foundation. The team worked with a group of local girls who attend the Mariposa Foundation, an organization which aims to end generational poverty by educating and empowering young women.
