“Really enjoyed the concept of this podcast, about 2 weeks ago I was up with my daughter at 4am she was nearly asleep so I went on my phone, after around 10minutes I felt so agitated and frustrated and realised it was the news I was looking at and the fact I no longer feel I could comment on things I love such as Sport without getting lambasted. The enjoyment was gone. I clicked off and saw I had a new email, it was from a Podcast recommendation company which is where I saw the podcast.
After an episode I have now deleted from all social media and I don’t feel any less connected and for my own mental health I feel there is an improvement.
A really good concept which gave me the nudge to Switch Off.”

“Have only managed to get through half of one episode (Adam Kay) but had to switch off (ironically) as the presenter repeatedly asks a question and then interrupts constantly as Adam tries to reply. This makes for very frustrating and unpleasant listening.”
