“I have been with this show since 2014. I have been a plus member since then. I love everything about this series but recently my credit card was compromised and I wasn’t sure which card I was using to pay for my subscription and I didn’t receive any emails telling me that my payment didn’t go through so my account was cancelled. I now have to pay double for something that was not my fault. It seems very unfair to me that I can’t be grandfathered in after 10 years of being a member.”
