“The 911 calls and interviews make my skin crawl and every episode feels like a living nightmare. I love it and want to listen to every episode. My only critique as a new listener is that the host does not discuss people who have mental illness(es) with care. It seems like he’s trying to make it a joke but it’s not funny. Regardless of their abhorrent actions and depravity, they are real people. Do better.”
