It might be difficult to find a link between a traditional condiment like soy sauce with a western style beverage like kombucha. Theatre director Craig Quintero is on the forefront of using virtual reality to create immersive, enigmatic performances. But his links to Taiwan theatre goes back a lot further to the work he is known for today.
