Like a New Best Friend!
When I listen to Rachel Hart’s podcast, it is if I am listening to my best friend who has known me for years. She understands what I am going through and speaks directly to my long held beliefs, behaviors, and issues. Her approach to taking a break or abstaining from drinking is novel, realistic, and very workable. Over the years, I have tried many other methods to eliminate or moderate my drinking with varied success but using the tools that Rachel explains in a non-judgmental way works for me better than anything else I have ever tried. I HIGHLY recommend this podcast for anyone who struggles with drinking. It has been life changing for me.
