After 50 years of building a multimillion-dollar operation selling and servicing a range of office products, founder of RGO Products, Ross Glen passed a torch to our guest Cathy Orr when she was appointed as President and CEO of the largest company of its kind in Western Canada. She was able to grow a small division with only 2 salespeople into the largest dealer of its kind. Since then, Cathy has become involved in various corporate initiatives from marketing and employee incentives to philanthropic activities. She shares her story and insights of keeping a legacy while bringing diversification to live in the largest independent supplier in the country.
