A powerful space for open-hearted
Ashanti is doing important soul work here. His ability to get his guests to quickly dive into the depths of what really matters in life is top-shelf. There is seemingly no subject that is off limits, which is great because it helps us all challenge ourselves to take off our own masks. I love the use of physical mask drawings. It really gets the guest out of the theoretical thoughts and into the lived experience of our realities. Seriously, as someone who’s done this mask exercise, just do it. You don’t even have to share it if you don’t want. But it will definitely provide you with some big lessons that have been waiting to be revealed. Powerful.

More reviews of Taking Off The Mask
Looking at identifying what is in front and behind our masks- and being forced to name it and why it exists is such an eye opening exercise. I’m enjoying these conversations!
