The consulting panel featured experts from various consulting backgrounds who gave students an understanding of what consulting is, whether it is management or nonmanagement consulting (such as economic, health care, technology, etc.). The panel also gave students the big picture of a career in consulting, how promotion and hierarchy works, what the lifestyle looks like, and in particular how to maintain a healthy work-life balance in this rigorous industry, which generally requires a lot of travel. This panel was intended for any student interested in (or curious about) consulting, regardless of major, year, or experiences.
