I enjoyed this episode the most to date. I was engaged in how Cecs went through his journey through football. I was delighted to hear how good he thought the facilities of English football. He is so right. How can clubs like Bournemouth compete in the PL? How has Foden and Maddison come through to be technical accomplished player like Fabregas. One factor has to be the facilities, structure and coaching being so good. No one gives the UK credit for this. In the media you hear how well other nations do at producing talent. Instead of internally reflecting and reviewing of how well we succeed at creating talent opportunities.

Superb format - feels like a relaxed chat over a beer but with such great insight - great podcast and loving the “dynamic duo” - really good chemistry and great banter.
