Simon is the Founder and CEO of We First, a company specializing in consulting to accelerate growth and impact for purpose-driven brands. He's also a member of the Steering Committee of Sustainable Brands, the Forbes Business Council, Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and author of "Lead With We: The Business Revolution That Will Save Our Future". Simon shares some thoughts about purpose in business; the purpose of a business should be the base of everything they do, and should be critical to any decision the company makes at all levels. There's room for people not at the top, if given a chance, to build consensus internally and help the business under their own initiative, with ideas that might not occur to others.
