Listen now
Description
Welcome to a new, special season of the podcast! I'll be serving up mini solo episodes about all the things I wish I'd known more about before I had my first baby. This one is about breastfeeding - I mean, there was SO much I didn't know and if I had my postpartum would have been easier. Of course, I can't cover everything, but I hope that by sharing some of the things I've learned about vital postpartum areas will be useful. And if you're pregnant and want to be really well prepared for postpartum (and I really hope you do!) I have an online course coming out on November 2. Stay tuned!
