Felt like a warm hug
I just listened to episode 10 about Mum Rage and felt so compelled to leave a review. This episode was absolutely incredible. So many issues that are usually shrouded in shame were discussed in a warm, normalising and open way. It was affirming to hear the message repeated that so much of what we experience in motherhood is the result of the system we are mothering in! I wish I had listened to this after having my first babe when I thought much of my struggles were a direct reflection on me. Thank you for this episode! I have already sent the link to a few friends.

During the tiring nights and long days of new motherhood it’s so nice to switch off and listen to the calming voice of Naomi, and her guest speakers, to feel like I’m not alone in this crazy but wonderful new phase of life. I’ve learnt so much and look forward to every Sunday!!

Naomi has made a beautiful podcast where she holds space for mothers and experts in pregnancy/women’s health/parenting to share their stories and their experience. A lovely range of topics and experiences.
