During and beyond the fourth trimester
This podcast was a godsend when I was seeking that support and comradery in those early months/late night moments and bleary eyed days. It provided stimulating “conversation“, solidarity and a sense of company which was completely pressure free - the kind that you didn’t need to shower or brush your hair for or that could pause when needed and pick up again effortlessly when it suited me. It’s a must have for fourth trimester mums. However, while first I was drawn to this podcast for the ‘tales of the fourth trimester’ found it offered support well beyond. This podcast has helped me beyond this fourth trimester period as women holistically and wholeheartedly share their post partum experiences with the charismatic Naomi during the early stages and beyond. I’ve since come back to episodes to relisten as I’ve reached different milestones. Gratefully, this podcast has helped me to make connections, all be it via instagram with some phenomenal mothers who continue to share their dailys. Sharing how they meet each new stage. I’ve been fascinated and caught up in the whirlwind that is the post partum period. I thought I’d put this podcast down after the ‘fourth trimester’ but I couldn’t have been more wrong as it continues to help me, inspire me and offer me new perspectives ten months in.

Naomi has made a beautiful podcast where she holds space for mothers and experts in pregnancy/women’s health/parenting to share their stories and their experience. A lovely range of topics and experiences.
