Flash Pack is an award-winning adventure travel company that brings together solo travellers in their 30s and 40s.  In the episode, Morgan Sadr-Hashemi, Chief Product and Technology Officer, discusses how he built the tech team at Flash Pack from scratch, talking us through his starting point and what he had to consider.
