This is exactly what I needed. A contemporary guide to speaking French. I studied French at school at O and A level and this helped my literature knowledge and general education with the focus on Balzac, Camus and Anouilh. However it was virtually worthless for what I now need which is how to talk with people! I get by but I make loads of mistakes and this is just what I need. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
