Flying the Metal Flag High in the 21st Century
Many think metal & hard rock ended when Nirvana showed up on the scene in 1990. But Mark & John have made sure to keep the music I have always loved relevant well into the 21st century. Listening to the two of them - along with frequent collaborator Victor - is like being a part of a discussion between friends. ‘Talking Metal’ has been one of the only ways I’ve been able to stay current with my favourite genre of music. Thanks to them, I’ve listened in on engaging discussions between the fellas, as well as interviews with a wide variety of guests. Plus, I’ve enjoyed rockin’ out to new music from artists both new & old, as well as connecting (& reconnecting) with music & musicians from decades past. HIGHLY recommended!!

I love heavy metal and wish that Serj Tankian will soon come back to SOAD. I don't really like all the artsy stuff he's putting out right now, but I'll always be a fan.Read full review »
