Luke played football for Everton up until 18 years old, until like many others his dream of becoming a professional footballer came to an end. In his early twenties, he faced mental health challenges and battled depression. Instead of succumbing, he delved into mental health awareness, spirituality, cognitive performance, and physical fitness. His quest took him around the world, from rigorous four-week fight camps in Thailand to braving the frosty peaks of Poland with the legendary Wim Hof. After many years finding himself in different jobs, his passion always led him back to fitness industry and his mission is clear; to inspire, motivate, and empower individuals on their wellness journey. ShredFast has grown exponentially, from just Luke and website developer, to now a team of 15. The unique thing is, each member of the team has used the programme to better their lives before joining the team.
