“I remember the promos for the show. My sister and I would record the episodes on vhs. Back then streaming didn’t exist and tv shows weren’t always accessible on dvd. We gave them our own names and I even drew art on them. Despite Lex s!?&@!? On the show it’s great to have Ryan a first time viewer and Tom finally join us fans on this journey we all took. I was homeschooled up until high school and Smallville was my icebreaker to prepare for what public school could be like. I could easily relate to Clark being an outcast except I had no special abilities and my father was more like Lionel than Jonathan. Smallville brought my family closer together and I own all 10 seasons in a proud display. I rewatched it many times sometimes at least once a year. Thank you for doing this I wish I could do more to be a part of it. I’m so glad I’m not alone in my fandom. Kryptonsite.com was my #1 website back in those days just saying.”
