“I don’t want to go full ‘Rosenbaum’ but the team really needs to read online comments to understand why fans have quit the podcast in droves.
Most discussions are on the Smallville subreddit, Talk Ville subreddit (which barely has a pulse), YouTube comments, and negative podcast reviews. There is little to no interest within the rest of Smallville’s online fandom. One comment I read said “If you love Smallville don’t watch Talk Ville”.
I won’t list the issues here, but it’s always the same complaints. Talk Ville has even caused heated arguments between those that like the podcast and those that don’t, as well as tension between Tom’s and Michael’s fans.
It may sound all doom and gloom, but fans would return in a heartbeat if the issues were resolved.”
