Single mummy (Breakdown, Breakaway podcast)
I wish I heard this podcast before my nervous breakdown being a self employed single mother of two children and not having support I often overwork myself to the point of exhaustion finally one day it all caught up to me and not only did I end up in the hospital unable to take care of my children everything started to make me cry and I would wonder why am I crying so much needless to say I realized I was completed burned out and that was not good at all for my children or myself so I started to take breaks unfortunately I haven’t been able to fly out yet but I was feeling bad for the mini breaks i was taking whether it was picking my children up a little later from school just so I could get 1 hour of quiet time after listening to this podcast I felt refreshed, light and a lot better about my decision to even take mini breaks I am completely hooked to listening to your podcasts now! They really speak to me and help me to focus my energy on the positive of life as well as constantly reminding me that this is called life and even with the negative it is a journey! Continue to keep up the awesome work! - Ash
