“Thank you soooo much for taking the time out to share your truth. while at work I ran across the live you did called “seen & heard. I honestly needed that live, then I listened to your podcast. Literally every emotion I was feeling you guys spoke about it. From feeling like a bad mother, to feeling like I could run away, or even locking myself in the bathroom to cry. I really hope you continue to do these videos & podcast because it’s very therapeutic. Little run down about me, I’m 25 years of age with 2 kids 7 & 2. I work and attend school full time. I get a little help from mom and grandma but for some reason I feel guilty asking for help I feel as though my free time should be spent with my kids and not focusing on self care. I often feel guilty when I can’t find time for my kids because I have to study or work. Hearing that I’m not the only mother that feels this way gives me hope to push forward as a single mother. Thanks”
