He was also the first African American to serve as President of The Suncoast Tiger Bay Club in its 40 plus years history and now serves as Executive Director. He shares his experience growing up in the Gas Plant Neighborhood, why it's important to preserve the area's history and how he envisions the development project propelling St. Petersburg forward.
