Compelling insights into the reality of law enforcement
This podcast is compelling listening. It is a powerful mix of Iain’s own personal journey and experiences inside British policing combined with comical episodes, insightful context and powerful analysis. I am finding it eye opening, educational and overall a really interesting listen. Thoroughly recommended.

The role of policing has never been under so much scrutiny. Iain talks about his policing career in an open and honest way reflecting the views of many in the service. Well worth a listen 👍

Really enjoying these. Having served in the Met, Avon and Somerset and currently West Mids I share many of the same experiences. I have found myself nodding, smiling, laughing, grinding my teeth in frustration (in agreement with Iain) as I listen whilst walking my dogs. Keep it up.

As a serving officer, joining in 2008 and seeing the steady decline in morale and service to the public, it’s refreshing to hear all the things being spoken about around the refs room table. Top podcast with some really interesting guests
