Interesting, some great interviews
I am binging this. 34 podcasts in two weeks. As Ian has made more the podcasts get smoother and smoother. As a fellow public servant I recognise many of the themes discussed. Best episode yet is 34 with Kevin Hurley - he is the sort of man we need to lead large organisations. Interesting that the outspoken individuals often get sidelined (eg Lord Richard Dannat spoke out for the Army and basically got sacked). Well done Ian. Keep it up.
