An interesting journey.
Iain has 30 years of experience of policing gained from working in two large forces. In this first podcast we get an idea of who he is, and some of what he’s done during that time. His style is informal, there’s little of the stereotypical copper in Iain’s delivery. I think that’s important because Iain makes the point that the police officer is also human. They worry, make mistakes, achieve great things and, just occasionally, find themselves with a front row seat to the major news story of the day. There can be a cost to this, and Iain talks candidly about what that means for him. There’s a lot for Iain to say, I look forward to hearing more.

A fantastic insight into a complex organisation from a very experienced and very frank narrator. Really looking forward to hearing where this goes!
