Artim krimināllieta beidzās bēdīgi - vainīgs. Varēja būt vēl bēdīgāk - prokurors prasīja reālu cietumsodu uz gadu, piesprieda 1/2 gadu nosacīti. Par uzņēmuma nodokļu parādu EUR ~28k apmērā! Faktiski - par biznesa riskiem un par to, ka viņš nokavēja termiņu laikus pieteikt uzņēmuma maksātnespēju.
