“Too funny that the 2 negative reviews I’ve seen about this podcast are that “I don’t like how they gush over each other” and “they don’t understand Taylor at all”.
Let me just say, I love love and I love Dev and Gab’s love. I listen to a few Taylor podcasts, and this is the first couple duo I’ve heard host and I LOVE IT. There’s nothing better than a couple who can bond over a love of music, especially with an artist who has a primarily straight white cis female fan base. It’s a refreshing take to hear a (straight? don’t want to assume for you Dev lol) cis-male’s take on her songs! And I think their love for each other is just so sweet and a nice platform to talk about a lot of songs about love
As for “really knowing Taylor” none of us do? We all are drawing from what Taylor gives us and all of our own personal experiences. I think the hosts really respect Taylor and her life, and they are clearly fans.”
