Thoroughly Entertaining and Relaxing
Really not what I expected. Being that Twiggy pioneered modern modeling and was the first successful model to transition into other fields of entertainment (with any type of longevity and relevance) I expected it to be more “let’s talk about me”. Fortunately, we do get a lot of biographical information but in the most unassuming and organic to the conversation way. Twiggy, like Cher- now Madonna and Oprah- are names you just know growing up - whether or not you know the artist, or the music, or the career. It’s just that they contributed so much to the culture we live in that it’s impossible to escape their names. It’s absolutely brilliant that she has put her decades of fame, and life experiences in conversation with other notables in such a disarming and enjoyable way.
