Diversity of the panel
Lots of quality content thank you. As a new teacher, this is a very valuable resource. Two things struck me. One, you guys seem so perfect. I would like to see some vulnerability. Brene Brown would approve. It builds rapport with your audience to see you as real people. Two. Your group appears very homogeneous with your constant agreement with each other. Peppered with “ absolutely” so often that I wonder about the diversity of your panel. Studies have shown that “ nonhomogenous teams are simply smarter. Working with people who are different from you may challenge your brain to overcome its stale ways of thinking and sharpen its performance.” I would like to hear from teachers of disadvantaged schools in your discussions to make your discussions more inclusive. This makes your content have more depth, width and messy. This engages the audience. Otherwise, it’s textbook perfect, like a commercial program. Having said all that, which is very easy to shoot from behind a screen. Thank you for your program as it’s very educational and informative. 🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿🙏🏿
