So glad to have found Bonni and her podcast!
Wow, what a great podcast I’m an assistant professor moving (hopefully) toward tenure and this podcast has been such a gem for me since the moment I found it. I feel all at once supported, inspired, empathized with, and encouraged on my path to teaching improvement. I’m a huge fan of Bonni’s well thought-out, well organized, and genuinely heartfelt (but not overly gushy) approach to being a student-centered faculty member. THANK YOU for this amazing resource - you help me stay on the yellow brick road, even at the difficult parts during the semester!
