We totally understand this might be an uncomfortable topic but the truth is that your menstruation cycle can really affect your productivity.  So in this episode we break down menstrual cycles and discuss the impact it has on your productivity, mental wellness, and give you some strategies for overcoming these low times each month. As a side note: We are not experts when it comes to understanding menstrual cycles and the hormones that are impacted because of them. We share some research that we have done, along with our own experiences and data around the topic.
