It seems like everything around us requires consistency. But this idea of being consistent is a lot harder than it sounds. We often struggle with staying consistent even for the smallest things. We dig deep into the reasons why we, Michelle and Bridget, often struggle with sticking to habit. We get really vulnerable here in hopes to help you identify your own areas of need.
