“I always learn something about myself when I listen to Teal. She’s wise beyond her years and her thoughts and ideas fascinate me. Sometimes I have to pause her videos or podcasts because what she’s talking about brings up painful memories that I haven’t dealt with but this is a good thing. It’s therapy for those of us who can’t afford a therapist. I love that she gets me to “think outside the box” and open my eyes to things I’ve never thought of or heard before.
