This week we spoke to the talented Dr Fabio Dohr, the On-site Head of Platform Portfolio Electric Vehicle Drives for ZF Group.  Dr Dohrs gives us insight to his working experience, from his contributions to the optimisation of the BMW transmission systems, to the new world of simulation testing.  Whilst Dr Dohr has been at the same company for the majority of his working career, it doesn’t mean he is without experience, as he explains to us how he moved through the company thanks to his hunger for learning and a proactive can-do attitude.
