In this episode, we were lucky enough to speak to Kiran Devlukia, the Global Head Electrical & Electronic Integration CoE at Tata Technologies. He runs us through his engineering journey, from humble beginnings in a UK comprehensive school with over 1,000 students to the position he’s in today.  Kiran talks to us about the good habits, and good choices he’s made that have helped fuel his success, including working with Lotus thanks to a graduate scheme.  We also look into the gradual shifts in roles that Kiran has gone through, and the valuable experience he has gained through working with so many varied engineering companies.
