“I am a longtime fan of both NPR and TED, so the pairing has a priori support. The first episode takes on some cognitive psychology, so a good topic for radio and nothing too controversial. It is nice to hear the TED speakers have a chance to do some follow through in an interview format. Hopefully this may in part address the criticism that TED oversimplifies topics by shoehorning them into their presentation format. Best of luck NPR, and I look forward to hearing more.”
