Video won't sync from iTunes to iPad

“The video will download fine in iTunes. It will not sync over to my iPad or iPhone. I've checked all the syncing settings to make sure its the same as my other video podcasts which do sync fine to both devices. There's something wrong with the video fromat. I've run into this problem before trying to sync a home video that wasn't to the exact specs. Please try again. I love the show.”
