Description
Frantz Saintellemy started as an immigrant kid from Haiti, who couldn’t speak English or French, worked his way to making millions of dollars and is now helping other black entrepreneurs make their vision possible. He founded Groupe 3737 in a majority-black neighborhood, in St. Michel, northeast of Montreal, the third poorest borough in Canada. It has become the largest private incubator in Quebec. He talks about the process that went into establishing one of the more successful incubators in Canada.
