Nora McInerny is progressive to her fault but….
As a listener of this podcast since the super early days, I can honestly say that Nora is a great story teller. That said, in recent years she embraced progressivism to a point that it is exclusionary to conservative values. While I believe she means well I know that she can do better and she knows that too. I continue to listen while I unfollowed her accounts and no longer buy her books and merch. That said, Sharents was excellent and sheds light to those that are not already aware that social media is the worst thing you can do to your kids. Nora gets and A+ for that episode… everything else, she needs to get back to her non-political and non-social commentary roots. Intolerance is not tolerance, Nora… there should be space here for all of US!

More reviews of Terrible, Thanks For Asking
this podcast is warm, funny, emotional, and very, very real. i'd recommend it for anyone who's looking to hear real stories of imperfect people, who are doing their best to get through this messy, sad, beautiful world.Read full review »

This real, honest and raw stuff is what people need to hear. I absolutely love the openness. I eagerly await every episode only to find myself laughing and crying at the same time. Being a widow, it's so relatable!!Read full review »
