The Miracle in Istanbul
Kyle brings a fresh and entertaining take on all the major happenings around the beautiful game! This one has shot to top of my football podcast binging every week! As for the moment that I fell in love with the game. I first stared following the EPL in the 2004-2005 season, as I looked for a club to truly follow I quickly grew intrigued with Liverpool and the epic history they had albeit recent disappointing events. Watching Gerrard week in and week out will still be some of my favorite EPL moments. But surely nothing can top that amazing champions league night in Istanbul, AC Milan with Crespo, Kaka, Pirlo, and Maldini were absolutely majestic in the first half. But the fight that Liverpool had that night was truly awe inspiring, and watching them fight back from 3 goals down and push Milan to the brink and force that epic penalty shootout and ultimately win the champions league was easily the moment that made me fall in love with this sport and continue watching until today! Cheers mate! Continue the awesome show!

Great podcast from another ex-USMNT player. Nice supplement for when Alexi Lalas takes an extended break from his own podcast.

You did forget to mention Chelsea's luck with injuries as a factor in their title run but I'll give you a...Read full review »
