KJ has lost me.
Kristin was the first influencer I ever really followed. Since launching her podcast, she’s lost me. Her and Jon seem out of touch with reality and exist in a small minded group of upper class evangelicals who are tone deaf. I didn’t know much about Jon before but after hearing some of what he has to say, I get the feeling he is a huge supporter of Israel. There’s nothing wrong with that when you also acknowledge the horror of what’s happening in Palestine but I gather he’s really white knuckling talking about it further bc they would lose a lot of followers and in turn, income. There is some disingenuous about them. He most recently said he wants to create a travel guide for Israel? Very odd thing to be excited to share with people when Israel is indiscriminately killing tens of thousands of women and children. I don’t know, I thought maybe I could ignore my gut on this one but I don’t think I’m the right audience for it. Not every podcast has to have an opinion about the war but he so clearly supports Israel and has acknowledged Palestine zero times it makes me feel gross If you are evangelical Christian and an Israel supporter then this pod is the one for you
