If you are reading this post or tuning into our broadcast in the April 2020 timeframe, you and your organization, and our organization are in a bit of a turmoil situation. Pressures are coming from an incredible number of directions, and focus is easily lost and replaced by motions and actions that substitute for planned actions and strategies. Focus, consistency, coordinated actions, and efficiencies are more important “in the now”, yet we need some explicit representations that the organization can view and act on.
