I really enjoy the pace, the gems and the sparkle.
Down to earth, deep reminders, critical moments and reinforcement that I’m possibly in the right place at the right time, and with a little nudge here and there... perhaps these times they are-a-changing? I first discovered Jess randomly and it was my first ever podcast. Since then I’ve listened on my way to and from work in the car.. and most notably when I finally got outside in the sunshine and completely turned over and replanted my veggie patch in one afternoon. I’ve been seeing signs from the universe all over the shop ever since and now continue to make time for myself. I keep listening and the more I do, the more I seem to see that I’ve got this and it’s possible to move past myself. It doesn’t have to be all boot camp style tactics, it can come peacefully yet with a cheeky f-bomb here and there to punctuate. It feels empowering and self supporting. Some hell-yeah moments, and above all, very timely and relatable content for where I’m at as a mid-thirties mama to a toddler where my priorities can be a bit like a flock of seagulls when the hot chips come out.
