Listen now
Description
Sarah Kate is a casualty of mommy wine culture, a mom who drank to escape the feeling of not being fulfilled in her career and life. Her drinking became out of control, leading to blackouts and hiding bottles, until she finally became sick and tired of being sick and tired and changed her life for the better. We also discuss getting in touch with our younger self, the self that existed before addiction screwed everything up.  https://www.somegoodcleanfun.com https://www.instagram.com/somegoodcleanfun/ Support the show: Patreon.com/addictivepod
