A Genuine Gal Who is Transparent Always!
That may not seem like that big of a deal, but to me it is! Eight or nine months ago, I added a whole bunch of ADHD for women podcasts. Sarah is the only one that I’ve listened to routinely that offers practical advice, is realistic, keeps the episodes short, and seems to truly empathize! She bares her soul but doesn’t whine. She talks about issues and is practical about solutions. She’s humble and makes me feel like I’m sharing a cup of coffee with her and we are talking about similar experiences. Thank you, Sarah for making this podcast. You’re one tough cookie and a woman I’m proud to listen to!

Brilliant. Where has this been all of my life? Thank you for putting this podcast together and please continue to do so. I was diagnosed at 28 years old and I’m now 30. This is a Godsend to me. Much love x
