All women can get something out of this podcast
I haven’t been diagnosed with ADHD. However, in this fast-paced, social media, 24-hour news (and work!) cycle, I think we can all benefit from the ideas and tips covered in the Adulting with ADHD podcast. The calendar blocking episode #5?) was a great reminder for me about how powerful a tool that can be for staying productive and focused.

I live in a mental health desert. What few psychiatrists there are have no openings, have no experience with ADHD, don’t believe adults have ADHD, or what they do know they read in the 80’s.
