Constructive feedback
Hi John - your content is great however I’ve got a a couple of points that I’d like you to take into to consideration. A) the audience your attracting (or trying to) B) tailoring the questions you ask your guest towards the interest of that audience Just as an example I found your pod cast through suggestions from the Apple Pod cast as I already subscribe to the “Fighter Pilot Pod Cast” and “Air Crew Interview “. My interest is Military Aviation and I want to know more about the aircraft and it’s employment and capabilities in the field I’ve just listened to Bond and his interview which was good and interesting, the questions and his responses were more about his life experiences (which was good), but I wanted to learn more about the F22 Raptor and the Tornado aircraft which was only just touched upon in the interview. That said the content was good but not really what I thought I’d subscribed for. I hope you find this constructive feedback (not a criticism). Just giving you feed back I do think you have some great content and I’ll continue to listen anyways. It would be great to hear more about your experience in the F16C as I’m flying this (as a Sim Pilot) in DCS.

It really focuses on the human element, with an emphasis on details of the stories of events. Great job, keep up the great work.
